The Gold Creek Homeowners Association budget runs on a calendar-year cycle. Payment coupons for your homeowner dues are mailed out by our property manager in December of each year.

Dues are $375.00/year and are due January 31st of each year. They are considered delinquent if not paid by February 28th. A late fee of 50% is assessed if received after February 28th. Additional late fees are addressed in the Rules and Regulations, Ruling 3.

Services provided with the homeowners dues include, but are not limited to: maintenance of common grounds including playfields, playgrounds and pathways; maintenance of common fences; maintenance of signage related specifically to the development (including lighting of those signs); and general upkeep of the commonly owned areas in the development.
