The annual Gold Creek community garage sale is typically held Friday and Saturday in mid to late May. The particular date chosen will be the responsibility of the committee chairperson. The specific date will be posted on this web site and on a flyer to association members. In the past, effort was made to time the Gold Creek garage sale with the Falls annual sale to maximize the traffic and activity level for the homeowners. A garage sale advertisement will be placed in the Everett Herald and signage will be placed at the main entrance to Gold Creek and throughout the main arterials of Gold Creek.

Anyone wanting to information regarding this event or wanting to volunteer to help organize the event can contact our property manager. Our property manager will put you in contact with the committee chairperson.
