About Gold Creek HOA

The Gold Creek Homeowners' Association Board is comprised of volunteer homeowner staff and is tasked with managing the funds received from homeowners' dues. The Board's objective is to guide and direct the association efficiently in a business-like manner to benefit all association members and maintain a standard for a quality community. The Board has created and maintains this web site as a communication tool serving as a reference to homeowners for business relating to the operation of the Gold Creek Homeowners' Association.

Board Members

The board members of the Gold Creek Homeowners' Association are homeowners and volunteers. We are proud of the many improvements made to our community. We welcome input from homeowners regarding improvement ideas.

If you would like to serve as a member of the board, please join us at one of our board meetings.

Board Meetings

The GCHOA Board typically meets once each month - unless it is determined that business can be conducted via email. If you have questions or concerns that you would like addressed by the Board, please contact our property manager. Our property manager will forward all items for discussion to the Board via email, or will bring concerns to the meetings.

If you would like to attend a meeting, please contact our property manager to schedule a time and date for your attendance.

Property Management

Gold Creek at Snohomish Cascade has contracted the services of Community Northwest Management as our property management company. Community Northwest Management is responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs and improvements to the common areas, as directed by the Board, providing accounting and financial services, including collection of homeowners' dues, and acting as a point-of-contact for homeowner concerns.
